Emotionally Healthy Children

As my teenagers closed out 8th and 10th grade, I felt a nudge to ask them intentional questions to help them process ending one year and beginning a new one. Recognizing that our culture moves so quickly, I wanted to give my children space to process both the past and the future. I’ve found this helps them to unburden their hearts and move forward.

Here are a few questions I’ve used with my children to help them in their processing. This has also given me insight into their heart, and most of the time, I hear stories I haven’t heard before. These questions can also be used on a weekly and or monthly basis as well. Feel free to try these questions. out with your children.
